No Doctor's order is necessary.
1. Just click on the appropriate TEST PANELS or SINGLE TESTS tab to familiarize yourself with the test components. Order the test(s) you want and pay online. These are among the most common tests ordered. Need just a single test not listed? Our staff will be happy to assist you.
2. To order by phone, call us at 1-800-808-6511 and leave us your name, address, daytime phone number, and date of birth. We will get your order started immediately. In most cases, you can go to the Patient Service Center the very same day if you have fasted for at least 12 hrs. (with the exception of drinking water).
3. Need the Lab location? Click on the link tab and you can find the location of your choice, information on interesting websites about vitiamins, supplements, nutrition, a health network and other resources.
4. When we have processed your Order and entered it into our patient order system, we will call you back with your Confirmation Order Number which you will need to get your labs drawn at the Lab location of your choice in the state in which you live. *
5. Your confidential results will be mailed or faxed to you directly. That`s it! Get started now........
